The only lyric change I noticed in "On My Own" was the one I mentioned, a repetition of "in the darkness" instead of "without him."

A couple of weeks ago, someone here posted that they had heard Nikki M. James sing "in the darkness" at that point in two separate performances, and wondered if the lyric had been changed or if the performer had just made the same mistake twice. I responded that (like you) I would be very surprised of the lyric had been changed on purpose, because again, the new one makes absolutely no sense. And then I saw the show last night, and James sang "in the darkness" again. So I don't know what to tell you.
