not sure what that says overall, but I agree. I do think it is worth remembering that the nom committee is a relatively small group, and also relatively random. So some shows that were both loved and hated here, and in reviews, can easily be disproportionately favored or disfavored within the committee. That's not nearly so much the case when there is a strong frontrunner. What it means this year is that shows that have had fairly virulent negative reactions in some quarters (Realistic Jones comes to mind) could nonetheless find a constituency among a reasonable proportion of the secret ballots.
