Angela Lansbury -- The Pirates of Penzance -- One Note

Angela Lansbury came to the recording studio and said there was one high note she just didn't have that day and to buy it or steal it or do whatever they needed to do to get it. I learned this from a fellow operator at Tele-Charge when I worked there years ago because she was the singer who had been brought in to dub the one note. I remember laughing when I saw the film because there is a huge close-up of Angela's mouth right at that moment. Haven't seen this in too long to remember where it comes.
