McNally has changed the date of their first meeting and Andre's death to 1994. I recall Weller saying that it was not the same apartment. I think he's much more affluent than he was. Did Thompson seem as hard as Tyne Daly? I remember feeling more sympathetic toward her. But that might be explained by, as you say, her inability to bend in 20 years...
