I don't think I would single out PS Classics. Other recent cast recordings to have dialogue tracks included include: Gentleman's Guide, Murder for Two and Giant (Ghostlight), Chaplin (Masterworks Broadway), First Date (Yellow Sound Label). That's just off the top of my head. Some shows lend themselves to this, and most companies (and producers) are open to including it now, probably for the reason you list.
