She said it. I'm not making it up. :-)

She performed with Jo Anne Greer and Annette Warren in a review of all the songs they had dubbed in films years earlier. This would be around twenty years ago at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.

Whatever one thinks of her accent, she had a great voice. She was still singing quite well in the 90s. So were the other two.
