I think it's going to be:

Tyne Daly
Cherry Jones
Estelle Parsons
Audra McDonald


and for the last slot either:

Debra Messing
Rebecca Hall (I kind of think she deserves the slot)

I think it's Cherry Jones' to lose. She gave the most memorable performance by a leading actress in a play for me this season. It was quite an extraordinary performance. I'd watch out for Parsons, who's never won. I think Audra will have to settle for the honor of being nominated in all four categories and wait to win this one (which, face it, will happen sooner or later).
