how could he get bored at THE PERFORMERS? didn't it play like a show and half before it closed?

i'll bet i was more bored at it than he was. what a stinker that turned out to be.

as for not wanting to come back to b'way until something is written for him what you wanna bet the first halfway decent thing that shows up and his schedule is right* and he's back in a flash? unless he finds success in films which isn't unfeasible.

*i have absolutely no idea what his schedule was like for 20th CENTURY - pure speculation on my part.

glad to hear he's sober. not that i think he was a drunk or anything i just think more often than not it's a good idea for performers.

i thought he was fine in XANADU but then i liked the whole thing more than most people did. same for FR.
