Gwen Verdon, Chita Rivera, Jerry Orbach, and Mary McCarty all played the show in Los Angeles at LA Civic Light Opera All of the above plus M. O'Haughey (not sure if he also did the LA run) also played the show at the Blackstone Theatre (now the Merle Reskin Theatre) in Chicago, IL. There was some billing issue in one of those cities where Jerry Orbach ended up getting star billing with Verdon and Rivera's names appearing on the line under is.
