Last night I was speaking with someone who had just seen Bullets and not only did he not like it, he said that the audience did not laugh much, and the response did not seem enthusiastic. I saw it a couple of weeks ago. I had distinctly mixed feelings about it, but the night I saw it, the audience was very responsive, laughing a lot and giving the numbers strong responses. The standing ovation at the end seemed much more than obligatory. I remained seated.
