Does anyone know why MIDNIGHT LACE which was based on a play has never been released on dvd?

Besides wonderful movies, what a voice she has!!

Won't even get into ridiculous Kennedy Centre rules and whatever is holding up that honorary Oscar???
plus every honorary award on the planet????
