I was there the other night.
There is definitely some good stuff happening on stage. I think the actors all deliver excellent performances, and the script, quite often, is very good (it's a disturbing play to say the least). It needs a little more polishing-I'm probably going back after opening to see the finished product. I was at the talkback the other night and the playwright said they are still working on it and did solicit audience opinion (which I thought was encouraging). There are a few things that need to be ironed out (there are what I'd call timeline issues with events in the story, as well as the last scene-which in my humble opinion should be less 'talky' and more visual).
Is it worth seeing? Yes. Chloe Moritz is very good, I must say. This is her stage debut and she was very good-engaging and very believable in her role. She was very interesting to listen to at the talkback-her process is quite developed and mature for someone of her years (she's still a teenager). She leads a very good cast.
The use of set and lighting design is interesting-the audience was all buzzing about it. (I don't want to tell too much about it.)
As I said, I hope to go back after opening to see the finished product. (I will be interested to see if the points raised the other night are addressed. And no, I didn't raise any.)
