Oh, even Lucy Ricardo and Ethel Mertz swoon over Art Lund's singing "Don't Cry" on an episode of "I Love Lucy" (the one where Lucy forgot she bought tickets to a matinee, so she and Ethel are supposed to only see the first act and Fredy and Ricky the second). Of course, in the original show, it was in three acts! I think you also hear some of "Standing on the Corner" and maybe "Big D" as well.

I think I read somewhere that Ball and Arnaz were investors in the original production of "The Most Happy Fella" and gave it some free publicity via their show.
