The Cradle Will Rock 1985 Recording

Hello. Does anyone know if the 1985 recording of "The Cradle Will Rock" with The Acting Company has been remastered? I see that Jay Records issued a domestic release in 1999 which left out John Houseman's introduction. (On the TER release this was on a separate CD). I've searched and searched but cannot find out if the 1999 release was remastered or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
