Antaeus summer

Posted by: showtunetrivia 09:35 pm EDT 06/13/14

Antaeus debuts an adaptation of Classical Greek plays by Kenneth Cavender, THE CURSE OF OEDIPUS, this month. Previews started last night; I hope to go soon. They've also just announced their ClassicsFest offerings in an e-mail (not on the website yet). These are readings (free, but donations are encouraged) of plays the company is considering for future productions. The reading will take place on Sunday and Monday nights when OEDIPUS is dark. They include HENRY IV, PT I, THE HOMECOMING, BLISS (OR, EMILY POST IS DEAD), and PICNIC.
