Telecharge has become my foe

I loathe telecharge.com. It used to be so easy to navigate. Suddenly it will not give me info when I'm at my p.c.--my "big computer." It may or may not be cooperative on my iPad. I have to go to my little iPhone to be assured of getting my info. Presently when I try to key in the date and time of the one performance I'm interested in, the drop-down boxes allow me to put the month and the date, but not the time. Instead, it just says "Time." This is a day when there is only one performance, so normally the time pops up. Not on my p.c. After I jump through the rest of the hoops and try to advance, I get an error notice that I must indicate the date and time. Date is already indicated; time will not permit me to indicate it. Instead, I'm ordered to watch a 60-second information video on how to order tickets from a RANGE of dates. So around and around we go. Not worth the continued effort, Telecharge.
