Theater Program Question

What is the name of the page from theater programs that describes the scenes, the songs, and the characters who sing the songs? (I believe this page usually includes the members of the orchestra as well.) My Book of Mormon program (from the touring production) does not include this page, which led me to wonder exactly what the page is called. I read that the Book of Mormon team excluded it from the program because it would give away some of the jokes. Is that true? Thanks in advance for your comments! Fred
