It's too bad New York can't see Colm Feore's King Lear now playing in Stratford. And it's a shame the NY Times hasn't gone up to review that production and the their wonderful Crazy for You.

I would echo that. Add to it a really fine La Mancha----almost rivalling Kiley's original. There is a pretty awful Midsummer there though----modern dress---paraphrasing and ad-libbing with the audience--cutesy trans gender nonsense---but I guess you can forgive them one lemon in that enormous repertory.

I agree about La Mancha. Tom Rooney is a touching Cervantes/Quixote. Also he is so funny in Crazy for You. Hay Fever was good, not great, but I haven't seen the play very much so I was glad to see it.
