Do we think Allegiance will ever happen on Broadway?

So what lead producer Lorenzo Thione was saying in May 2014:

"be clear, there is no delay or issue with the production – we are simply patiently waiting for a theater to open up for us, after long time commitments and engagements have been honored and satisfied. We are confident it will happen soon"

I will absolutely go to see this show and wish the production well. However it would seem to me that time is against this show right now, George Takei much as I love him is 77 and is Lea Salonga really turning down other work to plan to be in the show whenever it is announced? I think they would be the big draws here.

There is another question, with them selling priority passes to allow people to be the first to buy tickets to as of yet unannounced run of the show how long are they allowed to hold onto that money without actually providing anything for it?
