If the theatre is sold - it should go to any of the three New York theatre owners - Shuberts, Nederlanders (they should buy it back, as recompense for selling it), or Jujamcyn - or by ATG, the great UK theatre owners who bought (and restored the name of) The Lyric (OK - its not REALLY The Lyric, as New 42 let Garth Drabinskly demolish two theatres to build the behemoth on 42nd). Not to a mercurial film producer. Meanwhile - if I win Mega Millions ....
