There is another question, with them selling priority passes to allow people to be the first to buy tickets to as of yet unannounced run of the show how long are they allowed to hold onto that money without actually providing anything for it?

Even if it's never produced on Broadway, I believe the $5 priority pass is good for any commercial production of the show, including tours.
