To be fair, a mercurial film producer who has also produced/invested in close to 40 Broadway productions since 2000, has an excellent track record in (a) building a successful entertainment empire, (b) making shrewd business deals and (c) choosing quality materials and developing them, with a strong hand, to great acclaim. He is also now entering the ring as lead producer with Finding Neverland. Not sure what separates him from the big theatre owners that control the real estate in Times Square according to their whims.
