Very strange that this press release states that the new season will be announced at a later date when yesterday the NY Times and other sites, in discussing what's going on with the theater and the company, named the first three productions of the season.

I stopped going to the Irish Rep years ago. Not because the productions weren't great, but because they only have those three single serve restrooms and there are so many old people that the intermissions were routinely 20-30 minutes long.

Sounds like they're also getting rid of that awkward side section of seats.

I look forward to seeing the new design.

I was there this season. I'm very short and physically small so if I complain it's cramped, it probably is. (The chairs are also hard as a rock.)

Hoping they move the restrooms outside the theater (it's very odd to have them inside).

I just want them to improve the sightlines. Unless I sit in the first row I have trouble with heads blocking me and I'm not that short.
