We'll see. I saw it at the Newman and when I saw Lady Day looked at the stage and my friend who was with me did say he thought that Fun Home would be well suited for the space...turns out he was right.

I was wondering where Fun Home would put the wonderful back wall that transforms toward the end of the show. Maybe the same place Lady Day has the projections? I don't know enough about stage craft to really envision it. Do you think the stage will still revolve?

When Medium Alison takes Joan to her home for Thanksgiving, the black curtain parts to reveal the house in full detail - furniture, staircase, bookshelves, and back wall now covered in wall paper.

It was a very nice moment of stagecraft.

Yes, it was a nice moment! At the beginning of the show, the back wall is just brick, with various pieces of furniture stored back there. And then it is transformed with the beautiful William Morris-esque wallpaper, as Singapore Fling describes.

There is a turntable there from what I recall (and if there isn't one can be put in). The back will likely operate the same as Lady Day does with the projections. (That was where I first saw how it could work there.)
