Yes. I don't remember TRUE WEST very clearly, but SPELLING BEE was still a three-quarter thrust staging, even if the thrust was not as long as other shows. There have been many different configurations at Circle, including (obviously) the set-up for LADY DAY, and also ROCKY HORROR and FROZEN.
