1. There is nothing I have said that provides any basis for intuiting that. I can't even imagine what combination of premises leads you to that conclusion. 2. There is also nothing I have said that provides any basis for intuiting that I have any greater understanding than you or anyone else. 3. I would assume you have come across people who say they are going to do something and then reliably do it, whereas you have come across others who say something that is simply aspirational. This is no different from that.
