just came from the final performance-it was magnificent! every song ended to thunderous applause-the exceptional cast got a loooong standing ovation and the sublime Sutton Foster gave a touching and heartfelt curtain speech saying the cast never expected show to make it to broadway-she also called up the writers and director so they could bask in the love and admiration of the adoring audience-hope Sutton's back on broadway soon-so she can continue to astonish us-she is amazing!

I loved the show and Foster's performance. But it's usually the case at a final performance for there to be lots of cheering. I suspect more than a few friends of the show are in attendance.
