I assume you're joking, lol - a 'visibly pregnant" peter Pan would make no sense whatsoever, lol.

Now - I did do music for a college (grad) production of A Midsummer Night's Dream some years back, where the actress playing Titania was visibly pregnant. Though they didn't play the pregnancy literally, having her "with child" (or, in an allusion directly from the play, "grow[ing] big-bellied with the wanton wind") did perhaps add a certain mystique to the "changeling" subplot between her and Oberon.

Now, if grown-up Wendy were pregnant when Peter came to see her at the end of the musical, that might be an interesting statement...;-)
