No - Wendy can't go back no matter what. But what I was getting at would be the impact for Peter (not the audience per se) - he hardly wants to believe that the children in Wendy's room are hers - seeing her pregnant would be an even tougher message for him.

I'm not saying this would be necessary at all, of course. Just that if anyone in the show could be "visibly pregnant" it seems to me that grown-up Wendy would be the viable choice.
