I think I already mentioned the reasons Alexander wouldn't be good for it...

can you say why you think the movie would be a small production like the show? The show had human actors and the audience's imagination provoked by minimal staging and props and lighting. A movie either has to have humans and take place in locations with real things, or it has to be animated (which it definitely should be). If he is going to be able to make it at the level of production at Lucky Stiff seems to have, then no thank you.
