Someone named Petra (you never forget that name) was the Cassie Aw, too bad. My memory of Petra was that she was terrific, but then my memory of the whole show was terrific. I liked the show better than you did (partly because I was 12, mostly because it was A Chorus Line, and it was my first big Broadway show in any setting). My sister and I sang the score throughout the rest of our European vacation (would I had such recall nowadays!) Now I write musicals and run a theatre company of my own ... but I owe it all to being dazzled in 1977 and saying yes, that's my path!
