I don't know. I've always heard stories that some theaters like the Nederlander, Longacre, Cort, Lyceum, and Belasco are cursed. It seems nonsensical. Probable hits with good buzz like Rent, Newsies, Boeing Boeing, Of Mice and Men, Fences, A View from the Bridge (w/Schreiber and Johansson), and now Hedwig all turned a profit in these theaters. 41st doesn't get the walk-by traffic that 44th, 45th, 46th, & 47th get, but Honeymoon in Vegas will be fine at the Nederlander plus rumor has it that the rent is cheap there.
