How would you say 'The Nether' isn't sophisticated? I saw it at the Royal Court recently and thought it was excellent, thought provoking, compelling performances and beautifully designed. In fact I'd say that it's one of the better American plays I've seen since Angels in America wowed me some twenty odd years ago.
