It has had excellent reviews so the professional critics don't seem to have seen the flaws you mention.

I thought it was the perfect length, it didn't try and spell things out and left space for the audience to think about the issues. As for heart, the emotion from the interrogator, the academic and so on definitely gave it an emotional impact for me. The way that each character was in their own isolated world was perfectly shown, as they don't relate to each other but are all alone.

Re: Accents, as a Brit they didn't bother me, whereas listening to the Kinky Boots CD (for example) is painful beyond belief!
