Well there's always "More I Cannot Not Wish You" from Guys & Dolls.

"The Human Heart" from Once On This Island
"Forever Yours" also from OOTI, but you'd need to change some lyrics like to "You are forever his and he is yours", and of course drop the part when Death comes in.

"Married" from Cabaret (though some of the lyrics are a little specific, perhaps you can change/personalize them)

Very often done, but "Sunrise, Sunset" also with some lyric changes to make it about you and your sister, growing up, her finding love, etc.

And you could rewrite "Not Getting Married Today" to something like "You're Getting Married Today" and make it about her somehow.

But if it were me, I'd sing "Lot's Wife" from Caroline Or Change.
