I've been there many times. It takes about 40 minutes by train from Penn Station. The theater is a 10-15 minute walk from the train. There are places to eat in town, not far from the theater, or you can eat the restaurant next to theater.

Paper Mill's prices have gone up over the years. I dragged my feet this year getting a three-play subscription because of the prices.
