Maxolev Productions Platform

So I'd love to get others thought on what Howard Kagan is doing with this online investing platform (which has been all over my ad feed). On the one hand it seems to be trying to democratize theatrical investing...kudos for trying to spread it as an alt investment vehicle for those who can afford to gamble.

However, it has potentially to turn into something similar to the IPO market (e.g. to get in on an IPO of say Google you really need to be a client of a major firm...and Etrade would frankly not get you that level of opportunity). The hot tickets will remain in closed/hard to get in circles, so these presumably more novice investors left with much more speculative product that you can get in at via this platform.
