Not that the dimming for one's passing negates the dimming for another's...but it is disappointing when people who have dedicated their lives to, and made significant contributions to, Broadway are not given the honor simply because they are not as famous or visible. Among others, thinking particularly of Barry Moss, who cast 80+ Broadway productions and gave many famous actors their big breaks and Rosemary Murphy, who appeared in 16 or so Broadway shows and was nominated for 3 Tony Awards.
