Why should the theatre offer a free, dedicated shuttle to different towns when there's already a train that runs frequently from NYC to Millburn? Because it would be more convenient for you?

The expense of the shuttle itself (buying vehicles, supplying gas, hiring and paying drivers) would almost certainly be prohibitive.

How YOU get to the theatre isn't the theatre's responsibility.
