Again, I could be wrong, but I believe now ALL of the trains go straight back from Millburn to New York Penn Station, and none of them require changing to the Path or to another NJ Transit train. If anyone knows otherwise, please let us know.

At certain times, you do have to transfer to another NJ Transit train at Newark Broad Street to get to NY Penn Station (or you can stay on the train past Newark and transfer to PATH in Hoboken). However, it's usually not that big an inconvenience, as the trains at Newark Broad Street are scheduled to minimize the wait for the transfer.

Thanks for the info. It's still a lot better than having to change for the PATH, which also required paying another fare.
