Most productions feature a noose on the stage or the tree that it will be hung from, from the very beginning through the end of the show. Not seeing the big deal here.

I've seen two major productions, Broadway and Ashford's production in LA and neither feature the NOOSE for the whole show. The tree is a symbol, one even written into the text of the show, that means more than just the foreshadowing of and eventual hanging. To have the logo be just blood red with the noose as the only image seems in very poor taste, not to mention a bit misleading for the tone of the show.
