Bridges of Madison County licensing

MTI has a note on their 'Bridges' page that its general release date is unknown. Having never worked first-hand with MTI before, is this just standard for new titles as they get it prepared or is it more "we'll let you apply for the rights once we're done shopping it around to the biggest theaters first"?

Essentially, I'm curious if we can expect it to be released in time for regional theaters to program it for next season.
