Playwrights Horizons has this to say on its rental page (linked below):

"We offer two rehearsal studios for rental in our building, in addition to the Peter Jay Sharp Theater (128 or 96 seats) and the Mainstage Theater (198 seats). Conveniently located on 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues, Playwrights Horizons is only a few blocks away from Times Square, many subway lines and the Port Authority bus terminal."

I take "Mainstage Theater" to be the name of the theater the same way that "Peter Jay Sharp Theater" is the name of the other theater. I suspect they would accept a donation to rename it if the donation was sufficiently large.
