The grosses have been drifting downward during Rannells' run from $648.7K to $635K to $514K. Despite the small cast, it struck me as a pretty elaborate production so maybe a nut of around $350K to $400K. It's still profitable but the trend is troubling. Hall has been around longer, is better known than Rannells, and is a good choice for the role. Time will tell, but unless they come up with a major name to follow Hall (which might not be possible), I think the show may close after Jan. 4th.
