I guess ultimately it is, but I still find it odd because "Mainstage Theater" is such a generic name, and I don't think anybody has ever said or ever will say "I'm going to see a show at the Mainstage Theater on 42nd Street." If you disagree, that's fine.

P.S. I know the Signature Theater center has some rentals, but I'm pretty sure the press releases for those have specified that they were taking place in specific theater spaces at the Signature Center, so I guess they allow that whereas Playwrights Horizons apparently does not.
