It was beautiful. Many people from theatre that I knew. CBS radio and nbc covered Helen Hayes. A loud cheer for two minutes and applause. Above the marquee of Mama Mia was projected Joan Rivers face. Yes Joan was on a theatre marquee and got a huge standing ovation. It was all so moving. And I could not miss this. This might have been the most loved one as we all fought to have this done. Joan I know you are having a good time seeing the fuss that has been made the last two days. I miss you and thank you for being part of my growing up and being so great to me.
