and where exactly are these anti-piracy police? can you point to any case any where at any time where someone was arrested - or even contacted - for donating cds?

there were few, largely failed, attempts years ago to prosecute illegal downloading and uploading files for profit or to avoid paying for music but the sticky wicket of what exactly the parameters are of what could be done with an item once purchased languishes still.

no one needs to hold on to their cds for fear of not being able to pass an audit by the fictions "anti-piracy" police.
