Shia Labeouf Cops Plea in Broadway Meltdown Case

Shia pled guilty to disorderly conduct. The judge ordered him to complete 6 months of outpatient alcohol rehab -- he's already completed 3 months.The judge also said he has to obey all laws for the next 6 months.

I think a better sentence would be to make Shia Labeouf spend six months walking through endless cadres of obnoxious paparazzi without allowing him to react any way.

I never got the whole details of this story. When did he cause the fuss? At intermission or during the show?

He got an ACD (adjournment in contemplation of dismissal). If he keeps his end of the bargain, the case is dismissed; if not, he is back before the court for conviction and punishment on the original charge, as well as the new one. If he gets in trouble again after the 6 months, he is in the same posture as you or me (assuming you don't have a record already :-))
