The essence of Annoying Actor Friend, Broadway Internet Personality recently featured on Backstage Magazine's Future Broadway Power List (LOL!), is coming to 54 Below for a special one night engagement benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fight's AIDS! Featuring current Broadway stars, Kyle Dean Massey (Pippin), Paige Faure (Cinderella), Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Nic Rouleau (The Book of Mormon), Keala Settle (Les Miserables), Nikka Graff Lanzarone (Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown), Jessica Grove (A Little Night Music), Stephen Wallem (Nurse Jackie) and a few more Really Awesome People You Love That Will Be Announced Later, @Actor_Friend @54Below will be nothing short of the type of experience you would expect from Annoying Actor Friend. Complete with liver-murdering drinking games, profanity, hashtags, and maybe even a few Smash jokes, this event is sure to embody the essence you've grown to love or hate - but it won't matter anyway because you'll be so wasted you won't remember a thing the next morning. Annoying Actor Friend began as a parody Twitter account (@Actor_Friend) spoofing social media behavior, and later went on to publish #SOBLESSED, a satirical tell-all describing the life of the modern day actor in New York City. #SOBLESSED became the Amazon #1 Best Selling Theater book on its first day of sale. @Actor_Friend @54Below will be a concert adaptation of #SOBLESSED with performances and stories associated with experiences in college, pounding the pavement, on tour, Broadway and even while on unemployment. 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, is the new performance venue in the grand tradition of New York City nightlife. A few blocks from the heart of Times Square and just below the legendary Studio 54, 54 BELOW is a classically designed state-of-the art nightclub in the theatre district that hosts audiences with warmth and style. The venue provides a food and beverage menu from early evening through the wee hours of the morning that is worthy of the world-class entertainment on the stage.
