Actually, doesn't Second Stage still have the option to buy the Helen Hayes when ROCK OF AGES closes? It's my understanding that once ROA closes, the clock starts ticking again and Second Stage will have X number of months to come up with the rest of the $30 Million purchase price or lose their deposit. So it would be ironic if AMERICAN PSYCHO opens there after abandoning Second Stage.
